KMC Developments Ltd is essentially a property development company with a difference, not only do we have our own property porfolio of which we have re-furbished and developed over the years for rental purposes but with our experience over the years we have now developed a unique scheme for the self builder. We help our clients realise their vision of the homes they have dreamt about and would love to live in. We can either search for potential building plots or build on the existing plot enabling the client to realise maximum value and increase exisiting equity.
We have also developed over the last 5-6 years a niche market in ecological energy saving systems of which we have introduced to our new build projects thus reducing running costs and installing state of the art technologies which have been a huge success for the self builder. These type of systems are very new to the market and therefore it is very important when considering this form of energy saving you evaluate the right system for your own home with maximum efficiency.
